Please copy your diet journal notes from each day (what you actually ate, how you felt, etc.) into the appropriate box. Please also indicate the day of the week and the date for each day’s-worth of data you enter.
Include comments and observations on any of the following that you feel apply and/or any other comments you wish to make. While one week is not really a long enough time for a change in diet to have any great effect, did you find any noticeable changes in how you felt, overall, from the old diet to the new? Did you notice any interesting, apparent correlations between consumption of certain foods and how you felt, either physically or mentally? What new food did you try, and what did you think of it? What was your biggest challenge, diet-wise, in terms of making sure your new diet would give you 100% of all the nutrients you need? What was the biggest challenge in terms of completing this assignment? What is the most interesting thing you’ve learned by doing this assignment?
