Greek letters: may be entered by typing “&” + the letter’s name +
a semicolon (;). Notice the difference between upper- and lower-case. Thus,
for example, while it won’t look like it while you’re typing,

Λ → Λ, λ → λ,
Π → Π, π → π,

Any/all symbols other than those will automatically be deleted from your
